Indonesian Second Largest Mobile Advertising Market in the World
Mobile users in Indonesia is believed to grow very rapidly. One indicator, Indonesia has one of the largest mobile advertising marketplace in the world.
In fact, according to research conducted BuzzCity, Indonesia is the world's second largest market. This was conveyed in a statement received detikINET, Sunday (07/17/2011).
The number of mobile ad serving, in the second quarter of 2011, in Indonesia called reached 3.8 billion with an average cost per click (CPC) USD 0.04.
And this is only for the network BuzzCity. Globally, BuzzCity reported a growth of mobile advertising is quite rapid. In early 2011 alone, the ad that aired on the network reaches 53 billion.
This is called in line with predictions that Gartner says mobile advertising revenues worldwide will rise twofold in 2011. Of USD 1.6 billion in 2011 to USD 3.3 billion.
