A court in China sentenced to death for a man who killed a toddler in Beijing after a fight over a parking lot.
Han Lei, 39, attractive two year old baby girl from a stroller and then threw it on the ground after the mother refused to give him room to park the car in July.
Han also reportedly hit the mother toddler when fights take place in Daxing district, Beijing.
He had run away from the site but was captured. Toddler girl later died due to injuries sustained.
Han Lei argued the killing was not premeditated, because he was drunk and thought it was a stroller shopping cart.
"I did not know there was a toddler in it," he said.
This case raises Clickoutrage in China , with many people expressing their outrage in online media.
The trial then began on September 16 in Beijing Intermediate Court.
Prosecutors demanded the death penalty for Han, who is known just been released from prison less than a year in the case of crime, Xinhua news agency reported.
Other man, Li Ming, a driver who fled the location when Han is also facing similar charges.
