iPhone and iPad Hacked, Hacker Ransom

Many iPhone and iPad owners in Australia awoke in the morning due to a strange noise coming out of the device. But it was not the alarm, but a warning of a hacker who has hacked and lock their devices.

They were hacked to get a message: "The device hacked by Oleg Pliss", which appears on the screen of the device. To make the device function returned to normal, the mysterious hacker ransom of between U.S. $ 50 and U.S. $ 100.

It should be noted that there are a number of Internet users who have the name Oleg Pliss, but a hacker might use real names. Similarly, as quoted from the pages of the Huffington Post, Thursday (29/05/2014).

"My husband woke up at 4 am and saw his iPhone has been hacked. Thing that is very scary!" Write one of Sydney residents through his personal Twitter account, @ClrLindaScott, recently.

There are also iPhone owners are shocked by this incident. "Woke up at 2 am and see my iPhone hacked and demanding ransom, until finally I could not sleep until 6 am," the owner of the account @_caseymaree_ chirping.

It is unclear how many iPhone and iPad users affected by these events. But certainly, the Sydney Morning Herald reported that many iPhone and iPad users who settled in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, and Victoria affected.

In fact, there are some proclaim iTWire users in New Zealand are also affected by the hack. To perform the mode hacking, hackers allegedly using Find My iPhone feature that allows them to lock the iPhone and iPad remotely via iCloud.

So far Apple has not commented, but some victims reportedly could re-use them with the iPhone and iPad via a passcode normally connected to a computer via iTunes.
