"He brought to this country and exploited," Cadwallader said. "He was the victim of threats and violence all his life starting from childhood," he added. "He was a victim of slavery in which he was forced to work for and Tallat Ashar Ilyas as maids and doing other work," said Cadwallader. "He physically abused, sexually abused him as well as raped by Ashar Ilyas," Cadwallader said.

The police finally got a report about the victim and went to the house in 2009. At that time, the girl who is now 19-year-old was found sleeping in the cellar. It is said Cadwallader, the victim becomes a slave for years because he did not know anyone in the UK.

He also did not know where to go. But the couple has denied all charges including Ashar charges of human trafficking for exploitation, rape and persecution.
