Republic of Congo 250 Mass Grave Victims of Explosion

Republic of Congo on Sunday held a mass burial of over 200 victims of a blast at a military base last week.

President Dennis Sassou-Ngueso expected to join the mourners.

Fire and explosion at the weapons facility located on the banks of the River Congo Brazzaville outside the capital was also injured more than 200 people and caused at least 7,000 people homeless.

Blasts tear down roofs and causing a dark black smoke rose into the air.

The blasts also rocked Kinshasa, the capital of Democratic Republic of Congo, across the Congo River from Brazzaville.
