Cadbury lost to dispute the color purple

Cadbury is likely to appeal against the latest ruling.
Nestle wins at trial against rival companies, Cadbury, the disputed use of the color purple as a trademark.

Cadbury last year won a legal case to stop the other chocolate companies use special purple color - known as Pantone 2865c.
But the Swiss company Nestle, the largest food company in the world, has now won his case before the verdict was so broke.
"Cadbury formulation does not meet the requirements for trademark registration," said the British court.
The High Court also said that the trademark application is "less clear, less conscientious, and less objectivity necessary to qualify trademark registration."
Legal dispute over the color purple has been going on since 2008, when Nestle initially opposed the application of the legal decision on Cadbury purple color.
Cadbury-purchased by the U.S. food giant Kraft Clickin 2010 - have used the color purple on brown wrapping them since the early 20th century.
"We are disappointed with this latest decision, but it is important to point out that this does not affect our right to protect our purple from others who are trying to make their products like Cadbury chocolate," Cadbury spokesman said.
"The color purple has been associated with us for a century and Cadbury British public have grown up with the understanding that connected with our chocolate.
"We are studying the decision and will consider our next steps, including the possibility of appeal."
Nestle said it welcomed the court's decision, which he said "is the right result from a legal perspective."
