Recipe: Braised Goat Special Eid al-Adha


Are you wondering how to prepare a special menu to welcome the Eid al-Adha to come? Usually there will be a division of mutton or beef which is quite a lot at the moment, is not it?

The following special goat stew recipe for you:
  • Ingredients:
½ kg mutton, cut to taste
10 grains of red onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 thumb ginger, crushed
Lbr 2 bay leaves and lime leaves
2 lemongrass, crushed
3 cm cinnamon
6 tablespoons soy sauce
Pepper powder, salt, nutmeg, and cloves
2-3 glasses of water
  • How to cook:
  1. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Enter lemongrass, cinnamon, clove stem, and various other spices. Add 1 cup of water.
  2. Enter the goat meat, and allow it to boil water
  3. Give soy sauce, pepper, nutmeg and salt. Mix well and add water back to taste.
  4. Allow it to soak into the meat seasoning and water shrink, with a small fire.Add lime leaves.
  5. When the water has thickened and the meat is tender, turn off the heat and ready to serve you goat stew.
