Yahoo! sued Kudunyahoo

Like David vs. Goliath, that metaphor to describe the feud between Kudunyahoo vs. Yahoo!. How not, Yahoo! sued a local site Kudunyahoo.com to immediately change its name. The internet giant reasoned if the site information provider culinary, hotel, and tourism in Indonesia that have the name similarity.

Kudunyahoo itself according to the site owner Hady Hidayat comes from Sundanese language 'kudu nyahoo' or meaningful 'must know' or 'important to know'. Yahoo! itself of representation in Indonesia has sent a warning letter to the owner of the site.
Based on a letter from Daru Lukiantono / Primastuti Purnamasari (power law), anything that resembles any resemblance to the names Yahoo! should not be used. This includes any trademark or name.
Kudunyahoo itself by Hady Hidayat no intention to match Yahoo! websites. They just wanted to introduce grammar Sunda be something meaningful in the community and the world.
Yahoo! parties themselves are not concerned about anything else on the site Kudunyahoo except his name. Because the name 'Kudunyahoo' comes from two syllables, 'must' and 'nyaho'. However, there is the addition of the letter 'o' in the back 'yaho'. As in the word 'haloo'.
Assa Haq, one of the founders of these sites claim to have had no intention to make a name similarity with the Internet giant's website. While Yahoo! had four demands that must be resolved by Kudunyahoo site.
These demands immediately change the domain name (Kudunyahoo.com so Kudunyaho.com), immediately change the name of the site (so Nyahoo Kudu Kudu Nyaho), promised in the future no longer using Yahoo! trademarks, and expressed understanding and signing an agreement with the attached affidavit.
