Mullah Fazlullah known as a hardline leader of the Swat Valley
The Pakistani Taliban Mullah Fazlullah announced as their new leader after the death of Hakimullah Mehsud in a drone strike.
Fazlullah was one of the hard-line leader of the Swat Valley region, whose members are accused of shooting teenage girls, Malala Yousafzai.
This announcement comes while Asmatullah Shaheen leaders in a press conference at an undisclosed location.
The reports reveal that the ongoing celebration by releasing a series of shots in the area of Miranshah when a new leader is announced.
Previous leader, Hakimullah Mehsud killed in a drone strike in the North Waziristan region on November 1.
Pakistani government accused the United States undermine the peace process because it is seeking peace talks with the Taliban.
"There will be no talks as Mullah Fazlullah, has opposed talks with the Pakistani government."
