Oil paintings depicted the female singer Amy Winehouse was sold for £ 500 or Rp 8, 9 million more in a charity auction on Friday (13/09) and at the Concorde Club, Hampshire.
Paintings by artists from Essex, England, James Wilkinson as high as 1.5 meters was auctioned in a charity event devoted to the memory of the eccentric female singer.
Proceeds from the auction were donated to the foundation part Amy Winehouse Foundation.
In charitable acts that took place during this month, the foundation raised to more than £ 4,000 or about Rp71, 9 million.

"I was a fan of Amy Winehouse so when asked to paint it then it is a privilege for me and I do it gladly," said Wilkinson.
"The Foundation is asking me what they can provide but I said, we'll see, and I will donate half of any price sold for charity."
In the visible image of the painting that Amy is known by the nickname "Queen of Camden" is standing at a crossroads surrounded by writing her hit song and also the figure of Ray Charles, one of the musicians that affect the rich.
