Rescue efforts New York opera fails

New York City Opera
Nicole Anne stage may be 'hum' final New York City Opera.

Efforts to raise emergency funds to save an opera in New York failed so they had to cancel the show's current season.

Failure fundraising also make New York City Opera was forced to apply for bankruptcy.
The opera company to use public funding website Kickstarter to raise money amounting to U.S. $ 7 million is needed in order to keep doing the staging.

"With great regret we announce the end of the fundraising campaign on Kickstarter and musical staging cancellation 2013-2014," as stated on the website Kickstarter.
